Dr. Els van der Helm is the founder of Shleep, a corporate sleep coaching company that helps improve the performance of businesses by improving the sleep of their teams and leaders. Els was a Fulbright Scholar and has researched extensively sleep with several world renowned institutes including: Harvard Medical School, University of California Berkley, and Vrije Universiteit. Prior to founding Shleep, Els was a partner at McKinsey & Company where she combined her passion for leadership development and sleep management by establishing training programs for McKinsey consultants and clients.
