Have you ever wondered how at the end of the day you ended up feeling so tired and drained? Or where you could find extra time in the day to do more, be more productive, do more of what's important to you?
Taking care of yourself is an important part of your daily job, but many of us are suffering in silence from an emotionally and physically draining issue called 'being busy'. We’ve come to accept that overload is okay - but it is not sustainable. The more busy we are, the less able we are to stand back and think and do what is important.
One of the critical skills of the future is developing your own techniques for tackling the problem of cognitive overload. 361 degreesLAB & PWN invite you to join a co-creation session where together we will look for the answers of how to learn to work smarter and move to 'a life less busy’. We will uncover insights about ways to manage the work and life load effectively and co-create best practices to share with the PWN community. Join our Women on the Move event on 16th of November in Hotel Casa!
